In reply to Christine Cason.

Hey Christine

I am glad it got you thinking.

When I take people through this process in a planning session it is amazing to see what treasures are unlocked.

Your purpose is your treasure, when you find it you will have joy to do what needs to be done to truly succeed.

I will be posting more on this soon.

Thanks so much for your comment

In reply to Sohaib.

Thanks Sohaib for your comments.

You make a very valid point.

“so its easy for them to hi jack the project.”

The only way to overcome this type of behaviour is for the founders to raise up sons and daughters and not slaves. Although in business there are no guarantees.

Slaves are generally fearful and greedy and tend look out only for themselves even to the detriment of the business and founder.

Sons and daughters will always do what is best for the business as they know their future is connected to the founder and the organisations success.

We need to operate more as family, rather than just an organisation.

One person’s pain is everyone’s pain. One person’s success is everyone’s success.

The founders should rather see their role as good parents who want the best for their children rather than employees who want to get blood, sweat and tears from their slaves at the lowest possible cost.

Therefore our role as founders is to serve our people through example and by coaching each one to success whether they stay with us or leave us.

Once we adopt this attitude and love for our people we will attract true sons and daughters and repel the slaves.

I hope this short answer has helped you. I need to write much more on this and could write a book on it 

To your success
